Cheryl founded Goji Health with a clear goal: to give women access to physiotherapy that genuinely understands the female body across every stage of life.

She has worked across hospital and private practice settings in Singapore for over a decade, with a particular focus on women’s health, pelvic floor rehabilitation, paediatrics, and clinical Pilates. Cheryl believes that good care starts with being heard. Sessions are unhurried, and treatment is always explained so that patients understand what is happening and why.

Cheryl also has a deep interest in paediatric physiotherapy and has worked extensively with children across a range of musculoskeletal, developmental, and scoliosis-related concerns.

Cheryl takes time to understand the full picture before recommending a course of care. She draws on a range of assessment and treatment approaches — manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, dry needling, and clinical Pilates — tailoring each session to what the person in front of her actually needs.
